Overview

Turners car insurance customers had to call customer service to purchase car insurance, as there was no option to purchase online. This created significant friction for customers and was resulting in lost sales.

The Challenge

As there was no option to purchase online, the phone option went straight to an answering machine for a callback, leading to customers getting frustrated and choosing competitors with easier purchasing experiences.

  • Designed the Turner Insurance online purchase feature from scratch

  • Built a comparison flow so customers could select the best plan for their needs

  • Created a step-by-step funnel: Insurance Details, Your Details, Your Quote, Payment, Confirmation

  • Designed vehicle selection and filter screens for the browsing experience
