Designing with people in mind.
Artworkszone is a New Zealand design consultancy working across UX/UI, product design, brand, and print -- for startups, mid-size businesses, and teams that need a sharp creative partner.
Artworkszone was founded by Bidisha Singh, a multidisciplinary designer with experience spanning broadcast, print, interactive, and digital. The studio grew from a simple belief: good design is not decoration -- it is the clearest possible expression of how something works.
The practice began in broadcast and print, working on TV advertising, product launches, and image campaigns for startups and mid-size businesses. That foundation -- understanding visual hierarchy, audience, and message -- carried naturally into digital as the industry shifted.
Projects like PB Tech (NZ's largest computing retailer) and Turner Insurance shaped how we think about scale and stakeholder complexity. FibreFale's Cybernesia platform reminded us that good design is about identity and belonging, not just usability metrics.
Bidisha Singh
UI/UX designer with a background across corporate, agency, and freelance environments in New Zealand and internationally. Bidisha leads all client engagements at Artworkszone, bringing a hands-on approach from discovery through to final delivery.
Four things we bring to every project.
- I.
Research before pixels
Every engagement starts with understanding the user's world. From interviews to Venn diagrams, the insight shapes the design -- not the other way around.
- II.
Agile by default
We work comfortably inside Agile teams using Azure DevOps, sprint planning, and daily standups. Design that ships alongside developers, not after them.
- III.
End-to-end delivery
From wireframe to high-fidelity prototype through to handoff and testing. The work only counts when it reaches real users.
- IV.
Breadth of medium
Broadcast TV, print packaging, mobile apps, e-commerce platforms. Different canvases, the same discipline: make the complex feel natural.
